Winterfilm XII – Paper Forms 2025

Location, cast/crew waivers and asset release forms are best handled on paper (as you may be required to get them signed in remote locations and a paper trail is never a bad thing), but please scan them and submit all as an individual .pdf file along with your film.

If you are using SAG/AFTRA talent, you must fill out the Preliminary Information Form.  

In the ‘your film’s title’ section, put: Your Film’s Title – “Winterfilm”

They will process and get you the appropriate paperwork.
You will be limited in your distribution opportunities per the SAG/AFTRA documentation.

Upon completion of your film, you must fill out the Team Roster.
